Serengeti Under Canvas moves five times a year to follow the Great Migration as the wildebeest and zebra move in search of fresh grazing. In doing so they have to cross both the Grumeti and Mara rivers, and here is where the giant nile crocodiles lurk in the waters ready to snap up a meal at every given chance.
The waters aren’t the only place where danger awaits, following the Great Migration are the predators such as huge prides of lion, clans of hyena, cheetah and leopard all looking for a meal.
