This very affordable lodge offers guests comfortable accommodation overlooking Chief’s Island. Take a leisurely moroko around the waterways of the Delta with your guide pointing out the wildlife as you go or let you guide take you on an invigorating motor boat safari along the Boro River.
You can also take an insightful bush walk onto Chief’s Island or for these brave enough your guide will accompany you for a night of wilderness camping in the depths of the island.

The accommodation at Moremi Crossing is sixteen Meru style safari tents, including one family tent and one honeymoon tent. Each tent includes twin beds, outdoor showers, single vanity and separate w.c. The family tent can sleep two adults and two children and the honeymoon tent includes a double bed and outdoor bathtub.
You also have a private veranda with comfortable seating in which to gaze at the beautiful views before you.
Facilities
The facilities at Gunn’s Camp include a large split level open plan wooden deck with guest bar, various comfy lounges and dining areas and a sparkling lodge pool for cooling off in the hot summer afternoons.

Located within easy reach of the famous Chief’s Island gives guests the opportunity to experience to Okavango Delta at its best. Enjoy a traditional safari by mokoro (dugout canoe) and allow the African wildlife serenade you as you meander along the waterways. Your guide will point out the passing flora & fauna as you go. Motor boats are also available along with guided walks on Chief’s Island.
