Little Kulala is located on the dry riverbed of the Auab River within the Kulala Wilderness Reserve. The eleven climate controlled thatched ‘kulalas’ have been designed to merge seamlessly into its desert setting making for a stunning camp.

 

Each of the villas have private rooftop star beds for you to enjoy the spectacular night sky of the Namib Desert.

The accommodation at Little Kulala consists of eleven beautifully designed villas, including one family villa, with twin or king size beds and cosy lounge areas.  The en-suite boasts outdoor shower, double vanities and a separate w.c. The family villa includes two bedrooms.

 

Each villa includes an outside deck with a covered lounging/seating area, plunge pool and access to the rooftop Star Bed should you wish to sleep out under the stars.

The facilities available to guests at Little Kulala include an indoor lounge and dining area, bar and library.  There’s an open deck with views of the camp waterhole, which is floodlit at night, a shaded swimming pool, open fireplaces and complimentary wi-fi.

 

Should you wish to relax even further, in-room massages are available.

Activities

Activities

Activities available to guests of Little Kulala include excursions into Sossusvlei and Sesriem via an exclusive use entrance, here you will be able to visit the towering sand dunes including ‘Big Daddy’.

 

Guided walks on the Black Mountain Trail, stargazing, guided scorpion walks and eco-sensitive guided quad biking into the desert are offered.  Should you wish you can even take a hot air balloon ride.  The wildlife to be seen here includes ostrich, gemsbok, black backed jackal, bat-eared foxes and both spotted and brown hyena.
