Positioned on the banks of the Linyanti Wetlands, Linyanti Ebony is a small camp ideal of families or groups to enjoy a wonderful African wilderness experience.  Float along the river in a traditional mokoro whilst your guide points out the wildlife as you meander along or take a game drive into the African wilderness.

 

The Linyanti Wetlands is one of the only sources of water during the long dry season making it an ideal location of an African safari.

The accommodation at Linyanti Ebony consists of just four spacious serengeti styled tents, including one family tent.  Each tent includes a twin or king size bed draped with mosquito netting and a comfortable seating area.  The en-suite facilities boast indoor showers, , single vanities and separate w.c.  The family tents include two bedrooms and shared en-suite facilities.

 

You also have a private veranda with seating that looks over the stunning African bush.

The facilities on offer at Linyanti Ebony include a traditional fire pit with seating, the perfect spot for a sundowner or pre-dinner drink, raised viewing decks, a comfortable lounge area and both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

 

A sun terrace along with a sparkling pool for cool off from the African sun are also available.

Activities

The Delta offers guests an opportunity to explore the wild bush of Africa in the experienced hands of highly qualified guides.  Game drives are conducted when the predators are active in purpose built open game drive vehicles.  If possible, we recommend you accompany your guide on a bush walk to experience the African bush in the most natural way possible, your guide will point out animal tracks and the unique plant life of the Okavango Delta.

 

The perfect way to explore the waterways of the Okavango Delta is by traditional mokoro (dugout canoe), your guide with gently steer you through this stunning setting pointing out all the wildlife along the way or take a scenic flight and witness the bush from above.
