The accommodation at Babylonstoren is varied from the beautiful Dutch Style one and two bedroom Garden and Fynos Cottages, the botanical themed Farmhouse with marble bathrooms and cast-iron stoves to the ten bedded Manor House with its grand rooms and private lawns.

 

Each of the rooms include a king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, personalised fully stocked larders, cosy fireplaces with kitchens and lounge areas.

The facilities at babylonstoren boast three restaurants including the award winning ‘Babel’ and a Tea Garden where you can participate in the ‘tea ceremony’ and sample an array of herbal teas freshly blended from the garden.

 

They also sell a variety of home grown produce such as preserves, honey, wine and olive oils from their Farm Shop.

 

Another offering by babylonstoren is their in-house spa where you can enjoy a relaxing treatment.

Activities available to guests include a guided garden tour & farm walk. Here you are encouraged to pick and sample the home grown produce as you’re guided by one of the experienced gardeners.

 

Join the Cellar Tour and Wine Tasting, Babylonstoren grows 13 difference grape varieties including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in their 88 hectare vineyard. A select of wines are presented to you in the Tasting Room for you to sample.

 

Some of the other activities included are guided fishing, cycling, swimming, rowing on the dam, bread baking and a mountain drive where your guide will share his knowledge of the history of the farm.
