Okavango Delta
Considered one of Nature's masterpieces, the Okavango Delta offers its visitors an insight into one of Africa's truly great wildernesses. A World Heritage Site, this vast and virtually untouched freshwater wetland lies at the heart of Botswana's arid Kalahari yet supports an abundance of wildlife within a setting of dazzling natural beauty.
Protected by the Moremi Game Reserve and numerous private wildlife concessions, the Okavango Delta is home to huge numbers of elephant, buffalo, lion, hippo, giraffe and zebra plus every kind of antelope you can think of. A predator paradise, the Okavango is a world-famous stronghold for leopard and wild dog as well as many rare and unusual mammal and bird species - if it's wildlife you want, an Okavango Delta safari will deliver.
Yet despite its wild nature, the Okavango Delta is surprisingly accessible and you'll certainly get to see it close up: go on guided game drives, bush walks, mokoro (canoe) and boat trips during your safari in the Okavango Delta - it's a destination with Botswana's widest range of safari activities and features some of Africa's most luxurious wilderness accommodation.
Romantics will love the intimate, exclusive nature of its remote fly-in lodges and an Okavango Delta honeymoon is the natural choice for those seeking undiluted romance in beautiful locations. Moreover, easy combinations with Botswana's other wildlife hotspots such as the Chobe National Park make the Okavango Delta an ideal destination for safari aficionados and nature photographers.

Safari Lodge
Chitabe Lediba
Okavango Delta, Botswana
Chitabe Lediba, in the Chitabe Concession, neighbours the Moremi Game Reserve in the south-eastern part of the Okavango Delta. Its wide range of habitats makes for an equal diversity of wildlife sightings.
Chitabe Lediba is smaller than its sister camp, Chitabe, and is ideal for small groups or families. Views over the waterhole give ample opportunities to watch the daily animal traffic. Beyond the camp, Okavango and Kalahari landscapes meet to form rich habitats.

Okavango Delta, Botswana
Immerse yourself in the majestic world of the African elephant and see the bush and its wildlife through the eyes of the elephants. Form a emotional bond with the Abu herd and be humbled and inspired as you gain a understanding of elephant conservation, the premise on which Abu is based.
Named after a very special bull elephant, Abu is set in a pristine riverine forest and blends in seamlessly with the magnificent surrounding trees. Each of the six en-suite tents has its own distinctive furnishings and fittings, imparting an air of opulence in the bush, and featuring an indoor and outdoor shower, an outdoor copper bath and a plunge pool sunk into the elevated teak deck.

Safari Lodge
Little Mombo
Okavango Delta, Botswana
Newly rebuilt, Little Mombo is a celebration of our conservation purpose, including the Botswana Rhino Reintroduction Project that takes place here. It combines luxury and service excellence with a celebration of the amazing natural splendour that is the Mombo Concession.
With just three tents tucked away on Chief's Island, built under a shady canopy of jackalberry and sausage trees, overlooking a floodplain regularly visited by herds of herbivores (and their predators), the camp has its own facilities, including a dining area, boma, kitchen, lounge and pool, while being connected to Mombo Camp via a raised boardwalk.
