A traditional tented camp, built under ancient ebony trees overlooking the floodplains of the Okavango Delta. Take a game drive into the depths of the African bush or slowly meander along the waterways in a mokoro canoe, the choice is yours!

 

The luxurious Stanley’s Camp offers guests a unique insight into elephant behaviour.  The Living with Elephants Foundation cares for two orphaned elephants at Stanley’s Camp and guests can take a leisurely morning walk with the elephants and learn about their personalities and behaviour.

Stanley’s Camp offers just ten individually designed luxurious safari tents each with king sized beds draped in mosquito netting, sumptuous soft furnishings and fittings. The en-suite facilities include an indoor shower, double vanities and separate w.c.

 

Your private wooden deck offers guests seating with views of the floodplain.

The facilities offered at Stanley’s Camp include a luxurious open explorer lounge area with comfy sofas and a beautiful rim flow lodge pool with sun deck.  A guest bar and various dining locations are also offered from indoors, out on the viewing decks or private dining by the pool.

Activities

The Okavango Delta offers guests an opportunity to explore the wild bush of Africa in the experienced hands of highly qualified guides.  Game drives are conducted when the predators are active in purpose built open game drive.  If possible, we highly recommend you accompany your guide on a bush walk to experience the African bush in the most natural way possible, your guide will point out animal tracks along with the unique plant life of the Delta.

 

Explore the waterways by traditional mokoro, your guide with gently steer you through this stunning setting pointing out all the wildlife along the way.  Take to the skies and witness the bush from above or visit the elephants currently in the care of the ‘Living With Elephants Foundation’.
